Squid Salad with Chanterelles
Ingredients
- Squid 10 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Walnuts 10 pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
- Sliced Processed Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the squid and boil in salted water for 2 minutes. Then let cool, clean from membranes, and cut into strips.
Step 2
Boil the chanterelles in salted boiling water for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion and sauté in butter. Then add the mushrooms and fry together for 10 minutes. Season with salt.
Step 4
To prepare the sauce, thoroughly mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and processed cheese. Add finely chopped walnuts and garlic to the sauce.
Step 5
Combine the mushrooms with the squid and dress the salad. Season with pepper.
