Ingredients
- Squid 20 oz
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Pickled Apples 3 pieces
- Green Peas 4 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the squid, rinse, and boil for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Chop and combine with boiled potatoes, carrots, and diced apples.
Step 3
Add green peas, dress with mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper, and mix.
Step 4
Serve in a mound in a salad bowl, drizzle with mayonnaise, and garnish with peas and parsley.
