- Rice 15 oz
- Squid 10 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Dill 0 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 10 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the squid, cool it down, and cut into strips (4–5 cm).
Step 2
Cut the bell pepper into rings and then into quarters.
Step 3
Mix the boiled rice, squid, bell pepper, and finely chopped herbs. Dress with mayonnaise, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
