- Squid 15 oz
- Potato 5 oz
- Pickled Eggplant with Peppers 10 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil and cool the squid.
Step 2
Cut the squid and pickled bell pepper into strips.
Step 3
Finely chop the green and regular onion.
Step 4
Boil the potatoes in their skins. Cool.
Step 5
Slice thinly.
Step 6
Hard-boil the eggs.
Step 7
Chop the eggs, mix everything together, and dress with mayonnaise.
Step 8
When serving, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
