Squid, Fish, and Pickled Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
- Squid 10 oz
- Salad Potatoes 5 oz
- White fish 5 oz
- Pickled Cauliflower 5 oz
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Canned Mushroom Soup 5 oz
- Eel 1 bunch
- Ketchup 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Herbs to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes, then slice the cucumbers and tomatoes into thin slices.
Step 2
Poach the fillet of boneless fish (hake, ice fish, perch, cod, pike perch) until cooked, cool, and cut into pieces.
Step 3
Slice the boiled squid and lettuce into strips.
Step 4
Mix everything together, add the green peas, dress with mayonnaise (3/4 of the amount), add spicy ketchup, salt, pepper, and stir.
Step 5
Mound the salad on a plate and drizzle with the remaining mayonnaise. Garnish with lettuce leaves, tomatoes, cucumbers, and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
