Squid and Potato Salad
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 10 oz
- Squid 15 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Salt to taste
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the squid bodies, boil them, and remove the membranes. Let them cool and cut the squid into strips.
Step 2
Boil the potatoes, let them cool, and cut them into cubes.
Step 3
Slice the onion into thin half-rings and pour boiling water over it.
Step 4
Cut the cucumbers into strips.
Step 5
Mix the salad and dress it with vegetable oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
