Squid and Pineapple Salad
Ingredients
- Squid 20 oz
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 1 can
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- "Almette cheese with Maasdam cheese" 5 oz
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pineapple into small pieces and place it as the first layer in a salad bowl. Spread with mayonnaise.
Step 2
Clean the squid and boil it in salted water until cooked. Cut into small pieces and place on top of the pineapple layer. Spread with mayonnaise.
Step 3
Boil the eggs. Peel and grate them on a coarse grater. Add as the third layer in the salad bowl, spread with mayonnaise.
Step 4
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle it on top of the salad. Spread with mayonnaise.
