A very light and tasty salad.
Ingredients
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 1 can
- Squid 5 pieces
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the cleaned squid in a pot of boiling water. Cook for about 4–5 minutes after the water comes to a boil again. Then drain and cool under cold water.
Step 2
Cut the squid into half-rings about 5 mm thick.
Step 3
Dice the canned pineapple into small cubes. It is better if the pineapple is not too sweet.
Step 4
Chop the eggs finely.
Step 5
Mix all the ingredients and dress with mayonnaise to taste.
