- Squid 20 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons

Step 1
Fry the prepared squid in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Wash the champignon mushrooms, dry them, and fry them in vegetable oil as well.
Step 3
Slice the onion into large half-rings and fry it.
Step 4
Then combine everything, add salt, mix, and dress with mayonnaise and finely grated garlic.
