Squid and Leek Salad
Salads • World
Description
The salad turned out to be very tasty, tender, juicy, and dietetic! Despite the mayonnaise dressing. It is best to serve the salad fresh, as the longer it sits, the more cucumber juice is released.
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Canned Corn 1 can
- White Part of Leek 1 piece
- Dried Squid 1 can
- Dill to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Red Caviar 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the egg hard, separate the whites and yolks. Cut the whites into strips. Set the yolks aside for decoration. Add the canned corn to the whites.
Step 2
Open the can of canned squid, rinse well, and dry (I do this out of habit). Cut the squid into strips and add to the whites and corn.
Step 3
Slice the leek into rings and the cucumbers into strips, then add to the main mixture of ingredients.
Step 4
Dress the salad with mayonnaise to your taste, add salt, and mix.
Step 5
Transfer to a salad bowl.
Step 6
Carefully crumble the yolks and sprinkle them over the finished salad. Make flowers from the red caviar and add sprigs of dill. Additionally, I cut out flowers from the cucumber for decoration.
