Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the wild garlic and chop it with a sharp knife: large pieces for the leaves and finely for the stems. Add radishes cut into quarters, cucumber sliced, and bell pepper diced. Prepare the dressing by mixing vegetable oil (olive, flaxseed, or sunflower) with lemon juice, season generously with salt and pepper, and add to the salad.

Step 2

After thoroughly mixing the salad, transfer it to plates, topping with cottage cheese. Drizzle with the remaining dressing and serve. Optionally, you can add green onions or dill, but the wild garlic will stand well on its own.
