Ingredients
- Tomatoes 10 oz
- Radish 0 oz
- Garlic 5 oz
- Blue Cheese 5 oz
- Sweet Pepper 0 oz
- Sorrel 0 oz
- Spinach 0 oz
- Ramsons 5 oz
- Cicmaty 0 oz
- Mint 0 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Apple Cider Vinegar 5 fl oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Coarsely chop the tomatoes, radishes, garlic, and cheese, place them in a salad bowl, and toss to combine.
Step 2
Add the sorrel, spinach, cicoria, and one quarter of the ramsons (set aside the remaining ramsons for the sauce).
Step 3
Remove the tough stems from the mint and the remaining wild garlic. Place the mint, wild garlic, and green onions in a blender, then add vinegar, salt, sugar, and olive oil. Blend until you achieve a smooth sauce consistency.
Step 4
Dress the salad with green sauce and toss to combine.
