Spring Salad with Grapes and Feta Cheese
Ingredients
- Mixed salad greens 1 bunch
- Soy Sauce 3 teaspoons
- Feta cheese 0 oz
- Unagi Sauce ½ teaspoon
- Dijon Mustard 2 teaspoons
- Salt to taste
- Grapefruits 5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the mixed salad greens and dry them on a paper towel.
Step 2
Separate the grapes into berries, rinse, and dry.
Step 3
Remove the core from the bell pepper, rinse out the seeds, and cut into cubes.
Step 4
Place the salad greens in a salad bowl, add the grapes and bell pepper, season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss to combine. Serve on plates.
Step 5
In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce with the Dijon mustard and unagi sauce. You can add a drizzle of olive oil if you like. Pour the dressing over the salad on the plates and toss.
Step 6
Cut the feta cheese into cubes and arrange it on top of the salad.
