- Herbs 1 bunch
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Mixed salad greens 1 bunch
- White Cabbage 1 head

Step 1
Boil the eggs hard, shred the cabbage, and finely chop the herbs. The best options are parsley, dill, and green onions. Those who enjoy can add a few heads of young garlic and other aromatic herbs. Leafy lettuce is also a good addition. Cut the cucumbers into thick rings or half-rings. Finally, add the chopped eggs and dressing.
Step 2
The salad can be dressed with either sour cream and salt, or homemade mayonnaise. A mixture of these two sauces can also be used.
