Ingredients
- Daikon 10 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Sweet Red Onion 1 head
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Rice Vinegar 4 tablespoons
- Sugar 2 teaspoons
- Salt to taste
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Sweet Paprika 0 oz
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons

Peel the daikon, carrot, and garlic.

Grate the daikon using a coarse grater.

Prepare the marinade: dilute the vinegar with water in equal proportions, add sugar, and salt to taste. Pour the marinade over the daikon and let it sit for an hour.
