Spring salad with chicken breast
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 20 oz
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Red Canned Beans 1 can
- Corn Salad 1 bunch
- Croutons to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the tomatoes and lettuce. Grate the cheese.
Step 2
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes, until all the liquid has evaporated. You can also lightly sauté it.
Step 3
Combine all the chopped and prepared ingredients and dress with mayonnaise (or sour cream).
Step 4
Serve the salad topped with croutons.
