Ingredients
- French Baguette 1 piece
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Mayonnaise 10 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Sprats 1 can
- Courgette 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the long French baguette, toast each slice, and set aside.
Step 2
To one can of mayonnaise, add 3–4 cloves of minced garlic, a pinch of ground black pepper, and blend everything together.
Step 3
Spread a thick layer of the mayonnaise mixture on the toasted slice of baguette, place one sprat on top, and garnish with herbs and fresh cucumber.
