  • Spinach 5 oz
  • Strawberry 10 oz
  • Walnuts ½ pieces
  • Olive Oil 3 spoons
  • Balsamic Vinegar 2½ spoons
  • Salt ¼ spoons
  • Ground Black Pepper 0,1 teaspoons
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Place the nuts in an oven preheated to 345°F for 5-8 minutes, then let them cool.

Step 2

Slowly drizzle the olive oil into the mixture of vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar while continuously whisking.

Step 3

Slice the strawberries into large pieces (halves or quarters) and mix them with fresh spinach leaves. Add the toasted nuts, a mixture of vinegar and oil, and toss everything gently, being careful not to crush the strawberries.
