- Corn Salad 5 oz
- Pistachios 0 oz
- Macadamia Nuts 0 oz
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
- Hazelnut 0 oz
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Honey 3 tablespoons
- Danish Blue Cheese 5 oz
- Mustard Greens 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Grated Ginger Root a pinch
- Ground Nutmeg a pinch
- Garlic 1 clove
- Pears 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place spinach and corn salad in a bowl, slice the pear and add it to the salad mixture.
Step 2
Toast the nuts with two tablespoons of honey in a pan for about 5 minutes, then place them on baking paper. Once the honey and nut mixture cools, break it into small pieces and add it to the salad.
Step 3
Crumble the cheese by hand and add it to the bowl with spinach, corn salad, and pear.
Step 4
For the dressing, mix honey, soy sauce, and mustard, add a pinch of nutmeg, ginger, black pepper, and squeeze in the garlic clove, then dress the salad.
