
Spinach Salad with Pear and Avocado

A very tasty vegan salad can also be made without cheese.
Ingredients
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi 5 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Lime Juice 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro 1 tablespoon
- Ground Dried Garlic ¼ teaspoon
- Cayenne Pepper a pinch
- Fresh basil leaves 5 oz
- Pear 1 piece
- Avocado 1 piece
- Spanish onions ½ head
- Goat cheese 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix together the vegetable oil, vinegar, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, and cayenne pepper. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
In a large bowl, gently combine the spinach, diced pear, finely chopped avocado, and finely chopped onion. Drizzle with the dressing, toss, and sprinkle with cheese. Serve with the remaining dressing.
