- Fresh basil leaves 1 bunch
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz

- Balsamic Vinegar 3 tablespoons

- Lemon 1 piece
- Ocean salt to taste
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a deep bowl, place the chopped pieces of sun-dried tomatoes. Drizzle the tomatoes with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, and add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Next, tear the spinach leaves by hand and mix them with the contents. Use a fork to make small cuts on the cucumbers so they absorb the juice better. Cut them into large pieces and transfer to the bowl.
Step 3
Then, drizzle the juice of half a lemon, sprinkle with toasted nuts and Parmesan.
