  • Spinach 1 bunch
  • Marinated cherries 5 oz
  • Almond 0 oz
  • Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
  • Olive Oil 2 spoons
  • Ocean salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the spinach leaves and tear them into pieces by hand. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Clean the mushrooms, peel off the top skin if necessary, and slice them into wedges.

Step 2

Toast the almonds until golden brown and blend them in a blender with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, sea salt, and pepper.

Step 3

Dress the salad with this sauce.
