Ingredients
- Spinach 10 oz
- Vinegar essence 0 fl oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sort the spinach, wash it, chop it roughly, place it in boiling salted water, and simmer until cooked.
Step 2
After that, drain it in a colander and cool it down.
Step 3
Transfer the spinach to a salad bowl, sprinkle with pepper, and drizzle with vinegar.
Step 4
Finely chopped garlic should be served separately.
