Ingredients
- Spinach 20 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Lemon 1 piece
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Cream 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Marjoram to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the spinach, dry it, remove the stems, and cut out the veins of the leaves.
Step 2
Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds, then peel off the skin.
Step 3
Chop the spinach and tomatoes into small pieces.
Step 4
Boil the eggs hard and slice them.
Step 5
Grate the lemon zest using a fine grater.
Step 6
Combine the spinach leaves with the tomatoes, eggs, and lemon zest. Dress the salad with the sauce.
Step 7
To prepare the sauce, mix the cream with the juice of 1/2 lemon, salt, black pepper, and a pinch of marjoram.
