- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 5 oz
- Fresh basil leaves 5 oz
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Dijon Mustard ½ spoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 2 spoons
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Just like in mathematics, we will use the method of contradiction: first, in the bottom of the salad bowl, we prepare the dressing. For this, take half a teaspoon of mustard and dissolve it with balsamic vinegar, then pour in a bit of olive oil.
Step 2
Add the spinach leaves and toss them with the sauce, then cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them along with the peeled shrimp. Drizzle with lemon juice.
