Ingredients
- Fresh asparagus 5 oz
- Cucumber 1 piece
- Sweet Pepper ½ piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Daikon 5 oz
- Salted Mushrooms 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Sesame Seeds 1 tablespoon
- Ground red pepper ¼ teaspoon
- Ground coriander ¼ teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Butter 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the asparagus in salted water with 1 tablespoon of butter for 3 minutes, until the shoots remain crisp, cool, and cut into 4-5 cm pieces.
Step 2
Grate the carrot, daikon, and cucumber using a Korean grater, season with salt to taste, and let sit for 10-15 minutes, then drain excess juice in a colander.
Step 3
Slice the bell pepper into thin strips and chop the mushrooms into small pieces.
Step 4
Mince the garlic, add ground pepper and coriander, pour in the oil, mix thoroughly, and let sit for 3-5 minutes.
Step 5
Combine the prepared ingredients, dress with the spicy oil, plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
