Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Merlot Grapes 10 oz
- Pistachios 5 oz
- Dill 0 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, season with salt, fry in vegetable oil, cool, and drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 2
Remove the seeds from the grapes and cut them into quarters.
Step 3
Chop the pistachios finely.
Step 4
Combine all the ingredients, add the chopped dill, parsley, and green onions, dress with mayonnaise, and mix.
