Ingredients
- Sole fillets 30 oz
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Dry White Wine 2.3 cups
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0.5 cups
- Onion 1 head
- Pitted olives 10 pieces
- Courgette 1 piece
- Chopped Sage Leaves to taste
- Chopped Green Onions to taste
- Green Peas 1 cup
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
- Salt to taste
- Celery stalk 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 0.3 cups
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the fish in wine for 20–25 minutes, drain, cut into small pieces, drizzle with lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Add peeled and sliced tomatoes, chopped onion, olives, grated zucchini without seeds, peas, and herbs, and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Prepare the dressing: mix all the listed ingredients well.
Step 4
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix gently once more.
Step 5
Before serving, chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
