Spicy Arugula with Kamchatka Crab
Ingredients
- Crab Meat 5 oz
- Avocado ½ piece
- Marinated cherries 10 pieces
- Melted Cheese 0 oz
- Toasted Sesame 0 oz
- Olive Oil to taste
- Sweet Red Onion 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Arugula 0 oz
- Red Grape Juice 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the crab meat on both sides in olive oil with garlic. Carefully cut into small long pieces.
Step 2
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, the onion into half rings, and slice the mozzarella cheese and avocado thinly.
Step 3
Mix all ingredients with arugula and add the pine nuts.
Step 4
Dress with olive oil, squeeze in a little (!!!) juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
