Ingredients
- Rum 5 fl oz
- Cocoa Powder 12 teaspoons
- Milk 25 fl oz
- Sugar 20 oz
- Water 25 fl oz
- Cardamom 0 oz
- Ground clove 0 oz
- Cinnamon 2 pieces
- Ground Cinnamon 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon sticks.
Step 3
Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes without bringing to a boil.
Step 4
Without straining, pour into a bottle.
Step 5
Store the finished syrup in the refrigerator.
Step 6
Next, for the cocoa. Mix rum, cocoa powder, 80 ml of syrup, and milk in a saucepan.
Step 7
Heat on low, stirring constantly.
Step 8
Remove from heat without bringing to a boil.
Step 9
Pour into a glass and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
Step 10
