Ingredients
- Watermelon 15 lbs
- Sparkling water 25 fl oz

Step 1
Cut off the top third of the watermelon and slightly trim the bottom rind so that it stands well. Carefully scoop out the flesh, removing the seeds.
Step 2
Transfer the flesh to a blender and blend until smooth. Strain through a sieve — you should get about 9 cups of juice. Chill the juice and the rind in the refrigerator.
Step 3
Mix the juice with the sparkling water and pour it into the rind. Serve immediately.
