Ingredients
- Cod fillet 10 oz
- Tomatoes 10 oz
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Capers 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Boil the cod fillet in salted boiling water for 2–3 minutes. Then let it cool slightly.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into small wedges.
Step 4
Slice the red onion into feathers.
Step 5
Shred the cod fillet into flakes.
Step 6
Arrange the cod, tomatoes, and onion on a plate.
Step 7
Sprinkle with capers.
Step 8
Drizzle the salad with lemon juice and olive oil.
Step 9
Add a little salt and pepper.
Step 10
Serve the salad immediately.
