Ingredients
- Canned Corn 2 pieces
- Canned Pork with Beans 15 oz
- Avocado 1 piece
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Scallions 4 stalks
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Lime 1 piece
- Black Cumin (Cumin) 1 teaspoon
- TABASCO® 1 tablespoon
- Lime Juice 2 tablespoons
- Orange zest 2 tablespoons
- Champagne Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the corn in salted water for 10 minutes, rinse in cold water, and cut.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the beans with the cooked corn, avocado, tomatoes, and green onions.
Step 3
Combine the dressing ingredients, then drizzle the salad with the dressing. Toss well and crumble feta cheese on top.
Step 4
Serve with lime wedges.
