Ingredients
- Ricotta cheese 5 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 5 oz
- Cream (40%) 2 tablespoons
- Scallions 1 bunch
- White bread 10 pieces
- Rye Bread 10 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the green onions. Mix both cheeses, then add the cream and a tablespoon of chopped green onions.
Step 2
Trim the crusts off the bread, spread the cheese mixture on the slices of white bread, and cover with rye bread.
Step 3
Cut each sandwich diagonally to create triangles. They can be served immediately or chilled in the refrigerator for a bit first.
