Ingredients
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons 20 oz
- Young Spinach "Belaya Dacha" 5 oz
- Potato 20 oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Mustard Greens 1 tablespoon
- Dill 0 oz
- Champagne Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into large cubes and boil them in salted water.
Step 2
Tear the smoked salmon into small pieces. Combine the spinach leaves with the dill.
Step 3
In a deep bowl, whisk together the mustard and vinegar, gradually adding the olive oil. The vinaigrette is ready — just season it with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Mix the potatoes with part of the sauce. Place pieces of salmon on top, and then sprinkle with herbs drizzled with the remaining dressing.
