  • Champagne Vinegar 3 tablespoons
  • Water 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil ¾ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Combine the shallot, garlic, mustard, vinegar, and water in a large bowl and mix well.
