Ingredients

- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
- Beetroot 1 piece
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Parsley ½ bunch
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Boil the potatoes, carrots, and beetroot in salted water and let them cool.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes, grate them on a coarse grater, and place them in a flat dish, spreading mayonnaise on top.
Step 3
Layer the chopped herring on top and spread with mayonnaise.

Next, add the grated beetroot, also spread with mayonnaise.
Step 5
