Ingredients

  • Rice 1 glass
  • Canned tuna in its own juice 1 can
  • Scallions 1 bunch
  • Cucumbers 2 pieces
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the rice and let it cool.

Step 2

Dice the cucumbers into small cubes and chop the green onions.

Step 3

To avoid overpowering the flavors of the ingredients with too much mayonnaise, pour the liquid from the fish into the rice and mix well. Then add the cucumbers and onions, and mix again.

Step 4

Then add the fish, having previously removed the large bones and flaking it with a fork.

Step 5

Dress the salad with 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper, and mix everything thoroughly. Refrigerate for an hour.
