Sidecar Cocktail
Drinks • European
Description
This is a modern version of the Sidecar. In the original French recipe, equal parts of brandy, liqueur, and lemon juice are used, while the initial English version calls for two parts of brandy and one part each of liqueur and lemon juice. Instead of zest, you can garnish the glass with a slice of orange—either red or orange.
Ingredients
- Cognac 0 fl oz
- Orange bitters 0 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Citrus Zest Mix to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
