- Water 1½ glasses
- Sponge biscuit 8 pieces

Prepare all the ingredients.

Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in water over low heat.
Step 3
Remove from heat and let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Reheat again and whisk with a mixer or by hand.

Pour into cups and serve with biscuits for dipping in the chocolate, or you can eat the chocolate with spoons.
