Ingredients
- Quail Egg 10 pieces
- Shrimp 10 oz
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Pistachios 1 tablespoon
- Pumpkin seed oil 1 tablespoon
- Avocado 1 piece
- Romaine lettuce 1 bunch
- Romaine lettuce 1 stem
- Radicchio Salad 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix mayonnaise and ground red pepper.
Step 2
Place shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and coat them with the sauce. Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Boil quail eggs, cool, and peel.
Step 4
Wash cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
Step 5
Shell the pistachios.
Step 6
Wash the avocado, cut it in half lengthwise, and remove the pit.
Step 7
Peel the avocado and chop it finely.
Step 8
Cut the eggs in half.
Step 9
Peel the shrimp.
Step 10
Layer the greens at the bottom of a salad bowl, then add tomatoes, avocado, eggs, and shrimp on top. Sprinkle the salad with pumpkin seeds and pistachios.
