Ingredients
- Cilantro 1 stem
- Shrimp 20 oz
- Lime Juice 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
- Paprika 1 tablespoon
- Honey 1 teaspoon
- Garlic to taste
- Romaine lettuce 4 stems
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese to taste
- Carrot to taste
- Italian chopped parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour lime juice over the shrimp, add salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, honey, a little olive oil, and toss in the cilantro and garlic. It's ready. Place in the refrigerator to marinate while preparing the dressing.
Step 2
For the dressing, mix the juice of two limes with honey, add salt, pepper, a little Italian seasoning, olive oil, chop the walnuts, grate the parmesan, and shred the carrot.
Step 3
Pour olive oil into a skillet and add the garlic. Sauté the shrimp for about 3–5 minutes.
Step 4
Place the shrimp on the romaine lettuce and drizzle with the dressing.
