This salad can also be served by arranging all the ingredients in a circle on a large platter, with the dressing served separately.
Ingredients
- Grapefruits 1 piece
- Avocado 1 piece
- Shrimp 20 oz
- Corn Salad 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the shrimp with salt and spices, let them cool, and then peel off the shells.
Step 2
Peel the grapefruit of its membranes and cut it into wedges.
Step 3
Peel the avocado and slice the flesh into thin wedges.
Step 4
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
Step 5
For the dressing, combine olive oil, soy sauce, mayonnaise, honey, and mustard.
Step 6
Mix the shrimp with grapefruit and avocado, and dress the salad.
Step 7
Place the mixture on the lettuce leaves.
