- Cognac 5 fl oz
- Frozen Cherimoya Fruits 10 oz
- Pistachios to taste
- Suluguni Cheese 5 oz
- Shrimp 10 oz

Step 1
Marinate the frozen cherries in cognac and let them sit until they thaw.
Step 2
Boil the shrimp in salted water and peel them.
Step 3
Peel the avocado, remove the pits, and slice it. Drizzle with the juice of one lime.

Slice the Suluguni cheese.
