Shrimp salad with arugula and cherry tomatoes.
Ingredients
- Marinated cherries 10 oz
- Shrimp 30 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar to taste
- Arugula 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thaw the shrimp and peel them.
Step 2
Heat a pan with olive oil.
Step 3
Sauté the shrimp over high heat for 2–3 minutes (the shrimp should not be steamed, they should be browned).
Step 4
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Tear the arugula by hand and add it to the tomatoes.
Step 5
Add salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar to taste.
