Description
This salad can be served in portions. Place 1-2 tablespoons of the salad on each half of the boiled eggs and garnish with herbs and shrimp on top. Arrange the eggs on a large plate, and the appetizer is ready.
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 6 pieces
- Shrimp 35 oz
- Hard Cheese 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 10 oz
- Herbs 0 oz
- Lemon ½ piece
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thaw the shrimp, wash them, boil in salted water, and cool. Peel the shells and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Boil the eggs hard, peel, and chop finely. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Wash the herbs and chop finely. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the shrimp, eggs, cheese, half of the chopped herbs, and mix thoroughly. Then, add most of the mayonnaise, season with salt, drizzle with lemon juice, and mix.
Step 4
When serving, place the salad on a plate, top with the remaining mayonnaise, and garnish with herbs.
