- Green Peas 5 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Pickles 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Eel to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Peel the shrimp, divide them in half, and finely chop one part.
Step 2
Then mix the chopped onion, pickles, lettuce, add green peas and mayonnaise.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Garnish the salad with whole shrimp and lettuce leaves.
