
Shrimp and Sesame Salad

Description
Serve with soft French baguette or rolls.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- King Prawns 10 oz
- Corn Salad 1 bunch
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Toasted Sesame 3 spoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Dried Chili Pepper ½ pieces
- Lemon ½ pieces
- Olive Oil 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the vegetables into large pieces and tear the lettuce into bite-sized portions.
Step 2
For the shrimp: Bring a pot of heavily salted water to a boil, adding red and black pepper, olive oil, and half a lemon (squeeze the juice into the water beforehand).
Step 3
Add the shrimp. Once boiling, cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Peel the shrimp.
Step 5
Mix the vegetables and shrimp.
Step 6
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and dress with mayonnaise.
