Shrimp and Peach Salad
Ingredients
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 10 oz
- Avocado 5 oz
- Canned Peaches 5 oz
- Iceberg Lettuce 5 oz
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Sesame Oil 0 fl oz
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour boiling water over the shrimp, remove the tails, and toss them in a pan with oil. After a couple of minutes, stir and add the soy sauce. Keep on the heat for another 3–5 minutes, stirring. Then remove from heat.
Step 2
Chop the iceberg lettuce into a large bowl, add the diced avocado and the cooled shrimp from the pan (the liquid will serve as dressing). Gently mix.
Step 3
Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves or quarters, slice the peaches, add them to the salad, and mix gently again.
