Description
Macadamia oil can be replaced with walnut oil or grape seed oil; olive oil is too coarse.
Ingredients
- Pears 1 piece
- Kiwi 1 piece
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 5 oz
- Eel to taste
- Macadamia Nuts 2 tablespoons
- Champagne Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 1 clove
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pear and kiwi into large cubes, sauté in macadamia oil for 2 minutes. Place on a plate.
Step 2
Sauté the peeled shrimp in the same pan, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Tear the lettuce into large pieces, place the fruit and shrimp on top, and drizzle with dressing.
Step 4
For the dressing, combine macadamia oil, vinegar, crushed garlic, and parsley.
